Biceshop accepts order cancellations prior to shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. Biceshop cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped. Biceshop  guarantees a full refund within 30 days of receiving any quality problems. Please send product photos to Biceshop (Biceshop will resend the order). If the product model/size/color is not satisfactory, the product can only be returned to the original packaging, no longer use. Please send the product photo to Biceshop (Biceshop will resend the order), Biceshop can accept your return, but you must bear all shipping costs. Products will not be accepted within 30 days after arrival. Items that have been cleaned, worn, used or destroyed. The outer packing is damaged, but the quality of shoes is not affected, because the express delivery has uncontrollable factors. You ordered the wrong size and style. Biceshop will resend packages intercepted by Chinese customs, but Biceshop  is not responsible for those intercepted by foreign customs. Biceshop  will notify you via email when your tax return is received and reviewed by Biceshop . Biceshop will also notify you if you agree to a refund. If you approve, then your refund processing and credit will be automatically applied to your paypal within a certain number of days. If because consumer reason causes return money, freight assumes by consumer. The exact cost depends on the delivery company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or wrong due to Biceshop , the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs. There is no restocking charge to the consumer for product returns. Delayed or Missed Refund If you have not received your refund, check your paypal account first. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is mailed.
